Thank you, my good friend! Everyone has been so helpful and sympathetic and I do so appreciate it! This has been frustrating situation. I received an email yesterday from a man who said he'd read an article in the Wall Street Journal about the problems a number of people were having with Google. He's going to try and find a copy of it to send to me. I'll share it if he's able to send it to me.
