When we moved here a year ago we had to get used to the idea that we didn't have to look up to see the sky--it was all around us, right "down to the ground." We have something like 330 sunny days a year so whenever there are clouds I grab my camera and start shooting. But you might as well know that many, many of our days look like this, with clear, sunny, cloudless blue skies.

That was one of the first things I noticed upon moving to Oregon after living so long in Texas. It took me a while to get used to looking up to see the sky.

Pumpkins under clear skies. ;-) The sky is almost ALWAYS like this? I can barely imagine it as we have many overcast days in Central Ontario - yep, Canada.

Migs, that's so funny! Now that we live here and are really getting to know what it's like, we're starting to think it would have been a great place to visit.
